Dr Timothy Scrivener

Dr Tim completed his medical degree at the University of Sydney and worked for several years in general medicine before focusing exclusively on skin cancer medicine and primary care dermatology. He supports patients through careful assessment, practical treatment planning, and long-term surveillance.

To deepen his expertise in diagnosis and management, Dr Tim completed a Master of Medicine (Skin Cancer) at The University of Queensland. His approach is structured and meticulous, with a strong emphasis on full-skin examinations, dermoscopy-guided assessment, and clear, straightforward explanations so patients understand what’s been found and what happens next.

He has a particular interest in the early detection of subtle melanomas and in surgical techniques that aim to achieve excellent cancer clearance while minimising scarring. Patients often value his calm manner, attention to detail, and honest communication.
